The Specialized Carriers and Rigging Association (SC&RA) is an international trade association of more than 1,400 members from 47 nations. Delynn has been a member of SC&RA since 1989. He has held the following SC&RA positions: Past Chairman, Chairman, President, Vice President, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and Chairman of the Crane & Rigging Group. Delynn has served as a judge and head judge numerous times for the SC&RA Rigging Job of the Year competition. In addition, he has led and directed his teams from his previous company in winning multiple Rigging and Heavy Moving/Transport Jobs of the Year and a plethora of safety awards.
